Community nursing care
Our skilled staff offer NDIS and private nursing care for particpants aged 0-65 year. This will typically involve the development of a person-centred and best practice clinical care plan, which will help our staff to monitor your health and provide support . We will do a :
- Overnight Nursing
- Case management
- Advice and management of chronic illnesses
- Palliative care support
- Colostomy and Stoma care and support
- Diabetes Management and educational support
- Wound management including care plan regimes
- Set up medication regimes and administration with supervision
